How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak season (June–August) and festival journeys like Naadam and the Golden Eagle Festival. Custom private journeys require at least 4 months of planning to secure the best guides, ger camps, and domestic flights.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days before departure. Between 90 and 60 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Within 60 days of departure, the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future journey within 24 months. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
